Concrete Projects: Excellent for ready-mix, precast, reinforced, prestressed, and high-strength steam-cured concrete (such as concrete pipe piles).
Construction Types: Widely applicable to industrial and civil buildings, transportation, water conservancy, municipal engineering, and marine/harbor projects.
Performance: Delivers a water reduction rate of over 20% with exceptional slump retention across varying ambient temperatures. It reduces bleeding, prevents segregation, lowers pumping resistance, and dramatically accelerates strength development (improving 7d/28d/56d strength by over 35% and 90d strength by over 30% compared to reference concrete).
Mixing Method: Can be introduced directly into the concrete mixer or pre-dissolved into a functional liquid solution. Ensure precise weighing and allow for thorough, uniform mixing within the batch.
Dosage: The recommended dosage is 1.0% – 2.0% (calculated based on the standard 40% solid content by weight of total cementitious materials). If blending with different solid concentrations, adjust the conversion ratio accordingly based on trial mix results.
Compatibility: Highly versatile and stable with various cement grades and active mineral admixtures. It coordinates perfectly with air-entraining and expansion agents to create complementary performance synergies.
Safety Handling: The product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive, and poses zero corrosion risks to steel reinforcement. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment during handling to avoid direct skin or eye contact.
Standard Packaging: 200kg plastic drums, 1000kg (1MT) IBC tanks, or bulk tanker transport.
Storage Recommendations: Store in a cool, dry, and shaded environment. Keep containers tightly sealed. If a container seal is found compromised before use, re-test the solid content and mechanical performance before application.
Shelf Life: 6 months. It can still be utilized beyond this period provided that lab re-testing validates the quality remains unchanged.
We leverage advanced molecular design to optimize the workability and durability of concrete. Our polycarboxylate-based solutions are engineered to reduce water usage significantly while maintaining excellent slump retention, even in the most challenging climates and complex mix designs
