Concrete & Mortar Admixtures: Acts as an eco-friendly binder, thickener, and anti-bleeding agent in dry-mix mortars and special concrete formulations. It helps improve the cohesiveness of the mixture, prevents segregation, and provides a mild retarding effect during hydration.

Industrial Adhesives & Paper Packaging: Extensively used as a primary raw material for manufacturing water-based adhesives, paper tube glue, carton sealing glue, and labeling adhesives due to its rapid tack and strong bond strength.

Foundry & Casting: Serves as a high-quality green sand binder in foundry casting. It improves the green strength and surface finish of molds while offering excellent collapsibility after casting.

Textile & Briquetting: Utilized as a sizing agent in textile finishing to increase fabric stiffness, and as a reliable binder in coal or charcoal briquette production.

Safety & Handling:

Precautions: This product is bio-based, non-toxic, and non-corrosive. Like most organic powders, high concentrations of fine dust in the air may pose a dust explosion risk. Maintain adequate ventilation and avoid open flames during handling.

Packaging & Storage:

Standard Packaging: 25kg multi-wall kraft paper bags or PP woven bags with PE inner liner.

Storage Recommendations: Hygroscopic material. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Protect from moisture, high humidity, and pests. Ensure packaging is tightly sealed when not in use to prevent caking.

Shelf Life: 12 – 24 months (under proper dry and sealed storage conditions).
